CHS Agricultural Scholarships Program

CHS Agricultural Scholarships

CHS Agricultural Scholarships

The CHS agricultural scholarships are worth looking into simply because they award 100 $1,000 scholarships every year!

Wow!

That’s very good indeed!

The more awarded every year, the better chance students have to win one.

It’s nice to see a major corporation such as CHS doing it right in the student education aid arena.

It makes you wonder why more major companies don’t have scholarships for students on such a grand scale – especially when it’s only a drop in the bucket for them to finance; and pays such huge community PR for them.

When you look around, many major corporations only have one scholarship awarded out every year that may be 10K or less, and they seem to imply like they are the cat’s meow when it comes to awarding a college scholarship.

Some big companies don’t even have a student aid award; yet they want students to buy their products. They haven’t yet figured out that life’s a two way street, and not a one way road in which they’re traveling on.

If more and more student scholarships are given out yearly, then students would not graduate with so much debt, and they would therefore be able to buy more of their product.

This is exactly how it works!

So kudos to CHS and their wonderful agricultural scholarships!

I would highly recommend that more students become familiar with this company and consider electing to study agriculture in college.

CHS is a gorilla in the agriculture industry, and simply by the enormity of this company will tell a student that when they graduate they most definitely will get a good job in a growing field that shows no sign of slowing down anytime soon.

Again; if your not studying agriculture in college; reconsider changing your major!!!

It’s all about supply and demand with jobs and salary too!

Below is the CHS agricultural scholarships program described by CHS:

CHS High School Agricultural Scholarship Program

“More than 75 years ago, the CHS predecessor organizations made a commitment to build a strong future for their producer-owners and communities they reached.

Today we continue to carry out that commitment by supporting education and leadership programs that invest in the future of agriculture, cooperative business and rural America. And these programs continue to receive the majority of funding and focus from CHS via scholarships and grants.

Building vibrant communities across America is a long-term commitment, and we’re proud to help grow leaders through our funding of university, cooperative education and rural youth leadership programs.

CHS is committed to investing in future leaders in cooperative business and agriculture at the collegiate level through scholarships, grants and resources. This program area is designed to encourage academic, professional and leadership development among today’s college students pursuing careers in the agricultural industry.

Graduating high school seniors pursuing a degree in an agricultural-related field at any college or university throughout the United States and Canada are invited to apply for one of 100 $1,000 scholarships.”
